"What is your view on people killing to rid the world of evil so good can prosper?"
A huge problem with religious people is that many people pick and choose what they practice and believe. While the Bible says that homosexuality is an abomination (Leviticus 18:22), the Bible also says that cutting and shaving is also an abomination in Leviticus 19:27. Of course, you don't hear people saying it's a sin to get a trim. Killing goes the same way. Of course, the God that those who believe in the Bible would never want His children to kill. He is depicted as a loving god, but people ignore that they don't believe in.
I believe that everyone has the right to live their own life how they see fit, but the moment that their lifestyle infringes on the human rights of others, then it's wrong. Sometimes, killing is necessary. I'm not happy to say it, but if it's either "kill or be killed," then I'd say that you should kill. And if you're killing to protect those who cannot protect themselves, like a children, elderly people, or people in 3rd world countries who are given no rights, then you aren't a terrible person. And dying just so you don't have to kill someone doesn't make you a virtuous person, it makes you foolish. My personal belief is that this is all the life we've got, so why die? Live the best life that you can without harming those around you.
